By accessing the DigiPass website or purchasing a license through our marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and contributors. We may update them from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

DigiPass is a marketplace for verified software licenses and account-based subscriptions. We source, verify, and deliver access to third-party products.

We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the companies whose products we sell. All product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

To use DigiPass you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate registration and contact information
• Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• Not use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

When you purchase a license, you receive either an activation key or account credentials depending on the product type. Delivery is automated and typically completed within minutes of confirmed payment.

Each license is sold for a defined duration and for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Reselling, sub-licensing, or publicly sharing your key or account is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.

Prices are listed at checkout in the currency shown and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We accept card payments, local methods, and wallet balance.

Wallet funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to external accounts. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and verified by our team.

Our refund guarantee is described in detail on our Refund policy page. In short: if a key fails to activate within 24 hours of delivery through no fault of your own, we will replace it or refund the full purchase price.

Refunds for change-of-mind are issued at our discretion and only for unused, unactivated licenses requested within 14 days of delivery.

You agree not to:

• Resell, share, or redistribute keys or accounts you purchase
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Use the service to launder funds or evade payment obligations
• Submit false refund claims or chargebacks for delivered, working keys

Violation of these rules may lead to account termination and forfeiture of any wallet balance.

DigiPass is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected license.

We may revise these terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will also be announced via email to active customers.
