Cookies Policy

Last updated July 5, 2026

We keep cookies to a minimum. Here's what we set, what each does, and how to switch them off.

01 What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over time and across pages.

This policy explains the cookies DigiPass uses, why we use them, and the choices you have.

02 How we use cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember items in your session, and measure aggregate traffic so we can improve the service. We do not use cookies to identify you personally across other websites or to serve targeted advertising.

03 Types of cookies we use

We use three broad categories:

  • Essential cookies: required for login, security, and the checkout flow. Without them the site will not function.
  • Functional cookies: remember preferences like your selected category filters and recently viewed products.
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand which pages are popular and where visitors struggle, in aggregate.

04 Specific cookies

The main cookies we set include:

  • session: stores your signed-in session (essential)
  • kv_session: identifies your active browsing session (essential)
  • kv_prefs: remembers display and filter preferences (functional)
  • kv_anon_id: a random, non-identifying id for aggregate analytics (analytics)

Most cookies expire within 12 months; session cookies are cleared when you close your browser.

05 Third-party cookies

Some features we rely on, such as payment processing and font delivery, may set their own cookies. These are governed by the respective providers' privacy policies. We do not control and cannot disable these on your behalf.

06 Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and completing purchases, but functional and analytics cookies can be safely blocked without affecting core functionality.

07 Changes to this policy

If we add or change the cookies we use, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
